Paneer – 200 gms (Chenna)
Milk – 4 tbsp
Sugar – ¼ cup (Powdered)
Mix paneer, milk and sugar and knead gently and cook on low flame by stirring continuously till the mixture becomes not too dry and not too soft.
Then put off the flame, add rose essence and stir once then pour the mixture on a plate and let it cool it. Now make small balls shape and decorate with silver foil. Yummy Sandesh recipe is ready to serve.
