Gaya is a city in Bihar, India, and it is also the headquarters of Gaya District. the capital city of Bihar. Situated on the banks of Falgu River, it is a place sanctified by both the Hindu and the Buddhist religions. It is surrounded by small rocky hills by three sides and the river flowing on the fourth side.

Vaishali:

Vaishali was a city, the capital of the Licchavis and the Vajjian Confederacy. It is one of the first governments in the world to have elements of what we would today consider democracy. Pawapuri in the state of Bihar is a holy site for Jains, located 38 kilometers from Rajgir in Nalanda district and 101 kilometers from Patna, the capital of Bihar.
