Panasa Thonalu Recipe

Ingredients required:

Maida       – 1 cup
Sugar       – 1 cup
Ghee        – ¼ cup
Soda         – 1/4 tsp
Oil for deep fry

Panasa Thonalu Preparation:

Make a dough by mixing maida, ghee and baking soda and roll like small puris, then make 5 cuts in the middle of the puri and twist. Repeat the process with remaining dough. And deep fry them in hot oil and keep aside.

Take a deep fry pan, add sugar and water and make one-string sugar syrup and add the fried panasa thonalu in to the syrup and leave for about 10 minutes and remove. After they get dried store in air tight container.
