2 cups channa dal
2 cups Sugar
2 cups fresh Grated coconut
2 tsp ghee
2 tsp Cardamom powder
Take a flat pan, add channa dal and roast it without adding any oil Or ghee till red colour and keep aside to cool.
Make the powder of roasted channa dal roughly in a mixer, then make sugar powder and mix the sugar powder with channa dal powder, fresh grated coconut, ghee and cardamom powder altogether and stir well.
