In a flat pan, roast the cumin on low flame till it flavours good for some time and then grind it. Now knead the flour by mixing cumin powder, salt, 4 tsp of oil and with required quantity of water and make smooth dough.
Now make the mixture dough to flat by rolling, then fold it and roll it flat again. Repeat the same process for one more time, then cut dough in diamond shapes and put it in the medium heat oil fry them till brown in colour. Nimki’s are ready to serve hot and store in a tight container.
