Ingredients to prepare Besan Burfi :
|Cardamom Powder||1 tea spoon|
|Nuts (optional, to garnish)||As per requirement|
Besan Burfi preparation method :
Fry Besan in a non-stick pan on low flame by stirring continously till it gives out a nice aroma.
Now add ghee and mix well to make sure that the mix does not form lumps. Add sugar to it and mix well.
And cardamom powder and stir and remove from heat.
Grease a large tray with oil both on the sides and bottom.
Pour the mixture and spread out to measure 1 inch thick.
Sprinkle nuts on the top of mixture to garnish.
Allow the mixture to set for some time and then cut into small squares or diamonds and serve.
